Qlikview task is significantly increases in QMC

Hi team,

Since 15-20 days we noticed that execution time of qlikview task is significantly increases in QMC however data size is same.
Can you please help us on this why this is happening.

A good place to start is to check the document logs. You can see how long each step takes in the reload.

So if you compare an old log, you can see where it takes longer.

Hello @ashish1504,

As Maria said, it might be worth it to check where more time is spent. 

Is on fetching data from the Database? (network is slower?)

Is loading from QVDs? (disk is slower?)

Has anything changed on the Windows server? New MS patches? new ciphers enabled?

If you have not upgraded QlikView I would not say QlikView is the culprit of such increase and I would focus on external factors that might have impacted on such reload time if you indeed double checked that you are reloading the same amount of data.

 Hi Everyone the server was not rebooted from last 6 months. this is the reason why task was getting the more time.

We have rebooted the server and performance got increases.
