Case number missing

My colleague opened a case recently for Louis Vuitton Malletier about an error 406 on qliksense cloud : Kenny NGUYEN

Could you please share me the case number ? He is actually off.

Hi @SophieBastien We have given you access to view all your Organization cases. Please clear browser history/cache and log into Case Portal to view the cases logged under the account Louis Vuitton Malletier. For more instructions, you can refer to the article How To View Other User Cases Within Your Organization

Please note that the case logged for error 406 on qliksense cloud issue is now closed. Feel free to submit a new case if you are still experiencing any issues.
