chart scroll bar location (change from bottom to top)

Hello. In the chart, the horizontal scroll bar is always located at the bottom, would it be possible to change the location so it would appear at the top of the chart?

As far as i know there is no inbulid option in Qlikivew to achieve this. Not sure this could be achieved by Macro also.
