How to show values in percentages in pie chart?

Hi,

I have a pie chart with values as below

ProductSales
Titanic4565465.56
Berrysold435346
Cherries9076876.9
Choclates6567
Cookies75657
Total14159912.46

how can I show the above sales in percentage? can anyone suggest me please?

I have used show in percentage under Number tab but it is not showing correct results? I want to show individual percentage for each product and total percentage

Thanks.

In the Expressions tab of the pie chart properties, when you select the expression, just to the right of that you will see an Enable check box, if you look straight down from there, you will see a Relative check box, checking Relative will automatically convert things to percentage.  Hopefully this is what you needed.  You can also click the Help button from this dialog and you will get to the context sensitive help for the dialog explaining all of the settings in the dialog.

Regards,

Brett

Just to sum up what the guys said after I did it.  I'm fairly new to QV myself and used this to learn from as well.

in numbers tab, select view as %, under expressions tab select enabled and relative.

Selecting Relative associates the numbers to one another, otherwise it will deliver the number as a percent as it is delivered if it already a % in other words.

Hope it helps and thanks everyone for the contributions, it was a fun exercise.

Another way instead of relative value is to use the expression =SUM(Sales)/SUM(Total Sales)

if you want display mor informations. Relativ, Absolut and other you can add more expressions, only the first will create the pie all other creates addition values at the pie.
