Count the status of a group of rows.

Hi everyone. Hope somebody can help me.  I have loaded a table with the following structure

What I want to achive is a straigth table in which the status of the purchase says is blocked when all the BatchNum are blocked and Open when there is at least one BacthNum with the Open status. Something like this:

Does anybody know a way to do this?
