I guess (coz I'm not an expert) that displaying the data is not the issue here. It's more like creating the correct values to be displayed will be the big job. For example, a Duane plot relies on a very specific data model with processed raw values by means of specific mathematical formulas. You may have to install R to get the correct output data.
On top of that, there is an R-package (called 'Reliability') that seems well suited to your needs. It also includes a duane.plot() function.
QlikView offers basic charting templates. Using extensions (have a look into D3.js for a legion of alternate representations), you can add many more. But you first need to prepare the data...
