Authorized user doesn´t see a document in Acces Point

Hello to everyone,

I have a problem when I want to give to a user access to a specific QlikView document.

In the QMC, in the Documents tab/XXX.qvw/Authorization/Users and Groups, I have given the user authorization to see the document.

The problem is that when she enters Access Point she doesn´t see the document.

After researching a bit, I have gone to QMC/Users/yyyy/Documents and the document doesn´t appear there.

I´ve tried with other documents and everything went ok, the problem is just with this specific document.

If anybody can help me please i would appreciate it a lot

Server authorization is DMS

We have tried restarting the server

We have given windows authorization to the file

and nothing works...

Hi Daniel,

If the document has access section, it happens that you comment.

Try to give access to the user in section access and reload the document.

Then you should see the document in the "QMC/Users/yyyy/Documents" tab when you select the user.

did you check if the user is authorized to Access the file from the security Tab ?

can you check this option also may be helpful to you.

Step 1:-

QMC-->Documents Tab-->Select the application job(ex:-account.qvw)-->Distribute tab-->add her also in this list of users.

step 2 :- can you request the user check in IE browser?

Step 3:- if possible restart the 5 services else at least try to restart the QDS services
