Slicers in Qlik NPrinting Excel

Hi all,

 I have created a table in Qlikview and imported that table into the Qlik NPrinting Excel report.

I want to add an Excel slicer to that sheet but below is my challenge - 

The table consists of 5 columns, but I have to only show 4 columns in that table and the column which I am not showing in the table should be displayed as a slicer.

 

I am not able to achieve this. Kindly help me out.

Hi,

If the QlikView table is a straight table you can:

  1. add it in the tables node
  2. expand the columns with the + button
  3. add the columns into the template
  4. add the <deleterow> tag in latest row
  5. create a native Excel table including latest row 
  6. insert slicers also if there are only tags and no data
  7. run a preview
