Qlik Nprinting connection issue

Hi

I have created Apps successfully in Qlik NPrinting using Qlik Sense AppID. After that I have created connection using same NPrinting App and AppID but while executing the created connection, getting the below error

Cache generation failed: NPrinting Engine(s) failed to open document:

Failed to open a resolver for connection navigator=qliksense;applytheme=True;proxyurl=https://*********/;appid=******;identity=********. ERROR: Qlik.Engine.MethodInvocationException: Access denied [5]:Access denied()

please help in resolving the connection error.

@Sri_Bhuvana  Does the source app you are attempting to connect to have Section Access enabled? If so, check the section access table and ensure the Nprinting Service Account is a member of the section access table. If the Nprinting Service account can't open the QVF in Qlik Sense, then the connection will fail in Nprinting.

Also, take a look these two articles:

* https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-resolve-NPrinting-verification-errors...

* https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-NPrinting-Unsupported-QlikView-Document...

       - If you don't have section access applied to this QVF then it may be unsupported objects in the Qlik Sense app.

If the issue is solved please mark the answer with Accept as Solution.

If it has section access and account used in connection is part of it then next thing to check is if that account has access to that app in hub.

Normally that would require the app to be published to stream (so app shouldn't be in your personal work space)

Nprinting Connection error issue is resolved . Solution we applied is changed the Identity( here we have given user identity who have admin rights) and then  connection verified successfully and reloaded also.
