The limitations on saving your query or exporting data are not great. On the other hand, I've seen hundreds of personal sheets get created with only one or two objects, used for one-off analysis, and then never used again. There is definitely a use-case to use Insight Advisor for this instead. (As long as the point is not to export the data.)
