We are trying to create a custom forms login page with Captcha implementation and then planning to put it back on default proxy as form authentication page template.
Facing challenges with the implementation.
if there are alternate implantation method for captcha implementation please advice..
We followed this guide and completed all the steps successfully.

However we don't see the error messages if I get my username or password wrong. The customized page does not show error messages.
