Connect QlikView Access Point via Okta

Hello,

 

I would like to connect Okta to QlikView Access Point. Is it possibile? What I need to do in order to connect the two services?

Hi @alessandrocroce ,

while QlikView does not natively support Okta (nor standard SAML or OIDC  solutions), you might be able to build your own authentication solution based on HTTP header injection or Custom Ticket Exchange (CTE), and integrate that with Okta.

Otherwise, we recommend migrating to Qlik Cloud, where Okta is fully integrated. In most cases, you will be able to use your QlikView applications natively in the cloud, before migrating them to Qlik Sense apps.

Hello, I think there is no connection from qlikview to Okta since qlikview is out of date, currently qliktech is giving priority to qliksense.
In any case, contact your provider so that they can confirm you if it is not possible.
