passing a bookmark in the URL with IE Plugin

I'm haing an issue activating a bookmark by passed it in from the URL, seems to work with ajax but not with the IE plugin

 

This works in ajax: the app opens and the bookmark is applied

This does not work with IE plugin: the app opens but the bookmark is not applied

Does any one have any suggestions on passing in a bookmark using the IE Plugin

Has this worked for anyone using the IE plugin?

any help would be greatly appreciated...

I believe the URL parameters -- bookmark, sheet, select -- are only functional in the ajax client.
