I want to generate following report

product      Apr  May Jun Jul Aug .................. Mar  Total  Lys Qty

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cyclopam  1000 2000                                            3000  2000

Find attach excel and qv file I want help to generate the expression.
