User Creates Custom Sheets and objects are disappearing in middle of the work in Access point

Qlikview  11.2 SR12 Access point Issues:

1. User can able to access the Access point and can create Custom Objects.

      Document level :  Settings menu, Document properties, Server, Allow Server Objects.                     --- > Checked (Allow     severer Book marks, Allow Server report and Allow server Objects)

      QMC level :  System \ Setup \  QlikView Servers \  Documents \ Allow Server Documents                 --->- Checked

2. User can able to see the Documents and custom objects created by him.

   . Root folder and Mounted Folders are different

As per the  discussion with user we observed that :

User can able to create his Own Sheets, Charts and book Marks and other Objects and at QMC level we are able see those created objects.

User Complaining that, he is not able to see his custom objects  in two scenarios  :

1. Custom objects are disappearing suddenly in middle of the work.

2. If user leaves his session idle for long time (approx 1 to 2 hours) , after he is trying to accessing the document its trying to reconnect. After that user is not able to see those objects for 15 to 30 mint's,then objects are reappearing automatically .

what browser is the user using? Is it true for all dashboards or specific ones? Can the user use another machine that a customer objects can be created there?

I'd login a Qlik help ticket as we do not know your environment and settings.

we are using internet explorer 11.

it is all the dashboards and user can create the Objects any machine with his log in .

We are using Qlikview 11.2 SR 12.

we have restarted the server but still we had same issue
