Use the Chat option on qlik.com to get in touch with Customer Support, they should be able to check things out to be sure there are no issues. Actually, had a look myself, try the following page:

Under the Keep Leveraging QlikView.... area, there is a link to download latest release there, believe that might do the trick, hard for me to test since I am employee, so hopefully it will work for you, if not, get up with Customer Support to check on things.
