Is it possible to restrict only one user to access the QlikView application on Access Point at a time?

Using Document CAL you can restrict a user for perticular document(qvw). check the below thread

Yes , you could do that . In the QMC give document access only for that particular user or use section access in the document both will help you to achieve the requirement
