Problem NTNAME Section Access

Hello,

I've been looking a bit to a few samples but i can't find out why my security-sample doesn't work.

It would be used in Local Version of Qv at this moment.

When opening the file if would only like to see the complexes allowed depending on the NT yusername that opened the file.

now it works for me.

The only thing I have changed are the headers in the section access table: UPPER CASE.

Hope it will do it on your machine too.

Works fine now, but, is there a way to reload the data whenever a Qv is qvw is opened ?

At that moment the security will be loaded for the user running the app.

At this oment we stil wil be running a few Single user licenses. Migration to QV was not forseen and so not budgetted. Only in Q4 we will be able to access an emergency budget and switch to the server version.

let´s say it´s good for you to reload your application during nighttime.

So you can create a batch file (see attachement) and define a task in MS Task Manager.

Add a technical user (ACCESS is ADMIN) to your Section Access wich is able to run the reload.

Go to Settings => Document Properties => Security and remove "Edit Script" and "Reload".

For you as an administrator check "Admin Override Security".
