Hey,

In  presidents.qvw(provided by qlikview) , under Presidents tab, I want to make pivot table named as Historical by party .

In my Capture1.png , i have tried to make the same but unable to do so. Can you tell me how to make "Historical by party" chart in Chart1.png same as  Historical by party" chart in Chart.png ??

Click on the Sequence dimension and drag it to the right upper side to the chart and you see the vertical arrow mark when it comes horizontal then leave it then you get your chart.

1.right click on party column ->expand all

2.presentation tab-> select Origin and check partial sum and subtotal on bottom

Please follow all steps first expand all and then click on the sequence dimension and then drag it to the right until it comes horizontal do not leave it try this trick.

It does convert to horizontal position.

Thanks but it is not coming the way it is in Capture.png. No color is being shown. How to show like that ??

which table are you using staright or Pivot

use Pivot charts
