Pivot Table

Hi all,

please find the attached file

i have a pivot table....for one dimension..in the presentaion tab... Show Partial Sums check box is disabled...

how can i enable that one

can any one help..

in presentation tab select field then check show partial sum

in expression-

sum(fieldname)

Try disabling the 'Indent Mode' in the Style-tab, if that option is disabled then the 'Show Partial Sums' option on the Presentation-tab is not greyed out anymore. The 'Indent Mode' can be enabled later while your choice for the 'Show Partial Sums' option will be unchanged.

in style tab i think indent mode is checked. so unchecked this indent mode in Style tab
