Performance issues on explorer

Hi Community!

I have a performance issue that I;m not sure is related to app or data model.

When logging in to the app from the server it works very well but when a user logs in from a remote url it is very slow and does not reacts at all.

Any ideas where should I explore?

It sounds that the network-traffic is quite slow and/or bad with losses on data-packages. Maybe there are various proxy-server, firewalls, group policies and so on which are slow-down the traffic.

Check server IE version and Client IE version? May be because of this.
