On list box select, only one colored value will be displayed

Hi

i have a List box, Pivot table as shown below

A C D E Green

B F G H Red

I J K Green

L M N Red

when i click on A at list box it will show in pivot table Green

and when on B it will show 'Red' in pivot table

Hi Kamal,

Can you explain a bit more? You have a List box with values like A,B,... What are the fields you are displaying in pivot table? Do you want the text 'red'/'green' to be displayed or the colors are expected to be reflected as font color? try to give a better view of your requirement.

Your explanation and example show that, List Box's 'A' is associated with image(1) and 'B' with image(2). If it is so, then simply make an inline load like:

load * Inline [

fieldofA/B, images

A, image(1)

B, image(2)

]; it will help associating your A/b values with images and should work fine. QV is very strong tool itself, we can do a lot with it, we do not need to go with macro always, even QTech discourages the use of macro.
