Dear Experts,
I have more than 1 80k records in QV model, i want to send these records in Excel and I have excel 2007, but when we export the records only 65536 records comes in sheet1 and rest of records move to next sheet. Is there any option to get all the records in one sheet as I am using excel 2007 and which can have more than 1 lac records in single sheet.
Please advise
hi,
In Excel2007, save as "normal" Excel file, not a backwards compatible one with extension .xlsx .
Click the Office Button (top left), click Excel Options. Change the default file format to .xlsx or .xlsm. Click OK. Close Excel then restart it.
You may have to close and re-open Excel to get the full 1M rows
just try it
Regards,
Ravikant
Hi Pratap,
This might be because the export format in Qlikview is 97-2003 which sets the limit to 65k.
To change this, open your file in server, then in the menu go to Help--About Qlikview, then right click on the icon in the bottom left side, there you can set the limit. See the snapshot:

Hope this helps!
Dear Shyamal, I have check but I did not found the option RowlimitForCsvinsteadOfXls in the list,See below:
Please advise
Not sure about this Pratap. But i can see that you are using qlikview version 10 SR1 while I am using V10 SR4.
This might be the cause for the different options available (Just an assumption, not sure).
