Make Value / Object to "Flicker"

Hi Guys,

In my model, I measure the status of the machines in production floor, in example "Setup", "Running", "Stop".

In the case that a machine has status "Stopped" for more than 5 hours, I have to make it "Flickering"...

Is there any way to do that or something like?

Thanks for answering.

For each machine, I have a status and the period of time since last status update.

Machine      -   Status     -  Report DateTime   -   TimeSinceLastReport

Machine#1   -   Stopped  -  08/08/2011 10:00   -   04:00
