Limiting Data in a List Box

Is there a ways to limit the selections in a list box? For example I have a field in my database called Product Name ow which contains hundreds of product. If I want to limit the list box to 5 or 10, how is it done?

QV put in a list box all distinct values of a field, you can create a new field in your script, listing only with the wanted values.

Hi,

    I dont know about limiting to 5 to 10 but yes you can limit them to just one selection.

    Select 1 value in listbox.

    Go to properties -> general -> select "Always One Slected Value"

It's not the same question. One is based on dates and the second is based on limiting field variables.
