Is it section access ?Unable to create object and listbox in the qvw?How to resolve it ?

Hi,

   I was working on a copy of qvw from the production file.

   Though I have access to the script in the script editor I'm unable to create list boxes nor I'm a able to create new objects in the front end.

Could someone explain me why is this happeneing.. i'm sure got to do with section access or something

I had fraced a similar prob in one of my gigs , wt i did was

        go to  settings/doc properties/...click on security...tick admin overide security...
