How to use data from only one table when working with linked tables?

Hi,

I am using 4 data sources, 3 of which have information about our products and are linked in QlikView with the key "product".. Now when I want to display the number of licences sold (all the information needed is in only one table), I get a wrong result due to the fact, that QlikView is also collecting data from the linked tables.. How can I remedy this?

Thanks in advance,

R. D.

If I understand it correctly you only want to display products that are in the sold items table.

In that case you can add a calculated dimentsion instead of the product:

if(sum(solditems)>0),product,null())

and select suppress when value is null in the dimensions tab.

Hello,

Are you sure you are pulling the field from the correct table?
