Hi,

You can check the numbers of records which are loaded in Qlik and cross check that with Excel record.

Go to Settings -> Document Setting -> Tables.

You can also check the distinct data of the field from this tab.

Could you share data example (excel) of which you're missing?

I think it's quite similar to: About duplicate values

This seems like another in the 'Distinct values' questions. Have a look at the other threads opened very recently which all seem to have the same issue(s)

During your data load into Qlikview app there is a rocess of 'Enable transformation step'. Do click on it and view what data it displays. The data it displays will be the final data into your application. It will help you to take action on what data is missing and why the data is not pulled which otherwise is not applicable in general situation.

In case if you are pulling multiple excel sheets check out for their field formats and also the xls and xlsx file.

Hope it helps.

If the above does not help do share a dummy excel file with similar kind of content in this thread.

HI

I would make sure you have a distinct or unique field in the file. If not add a field on loading like...

RowNo() as Key.

Then us the field to make sure they all come through.
