This facility is available in block chart, same way need to to Write legend on Pie Pieces in Pie Chart.

I understand you want to display the datapoint values on the Pie slices.If you choose the 3d style Pie Chart then the datapoint values will not be dispalyed on the Pie slices. However you can values at the legend level
