Can anyone tell me How to create document cal to give access to user only to particular file

You can't 'create' a document CAL.  You need to a license key which you apply on the mangment console.

You can then allocate a document CAL on a document and assign a user.

How to assign document cal so that my user need to see only that file which is alloted to him

I suggest looking in the  "QlikView Server Reference Manual"

Who can view the document is handled typically by windows (Authentication).  who is then allowed to actually open the document is handled by CAL's & section access (Authorisation)

If you have QlikView Desktop installed and Windows7, you will find it in this folder:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation\Reference Manual

Could you help in my below query.

I have a QVW file and when i tried to open month of Jan,Feb,Mar,June and selecting 2012-2013 data it is getting Allocted Memory Exceeded in straight table and could you help in this why it's happening and there is 72GB RAM is allocated to server and 39GB RAM is free and 64 bit version.
