Falling to install qlikview 11.20 SR21 on windows server 2012R2

I'm trying to install QlikView Server on a Windows Server 2012 R2

I'm getting this error:

on the system require document ,this version is  support Win2012 .

i had down some research :  i need the   qlikview server 2012andUP.exe  , but on the download page ,i just found the x64 version  .  where can i get the    qlikview SR21 Win2012AndUp Version   ?

Hi  @lesliliu

By any chance do you have the release notes? I was not able to find them. Is there any particular reason that you are attempting to install 11.20? That version is old and not supported. 

Usually in situations like this I would recommend to open a case with our Customer Support team to verify if something is missing in our downloads page, but given that the version is unsupported, it is suggested to install a supported version.

Hi @lesliliu,

I agree with Nadia and Ray regarding the need to run a supported version of QlikView Server. If you need to use QVS v11.20 SR21 in order to get to a point to upgrade, then see if you can download the installation files here:  QVS 11.20SR21 Win2012 and up.
