Hi all,
I have a QlikView document with several chart (line chart and pie chart).
Inside each of them, I need to show a target value which can be set by user though an input box.
Graphically, I want to view a costant value inside the chart, as a reference value.
I defined a variable linked to the value inserted by user, and I added the variable as an expression inside the chart.
I notice this behaviour: inside a trend line chart for example with two dimension (product and time defined as cyclic group) and an expression, if I include the second target expression (a number set by input box) I loose the detail of one dimension, in this case the product.
Which is the way in Qlik chart to insert a reference value as a costant reference value?
What about the same need inside an histogram or a pie chart?
Thanks in advance.
hei
in bar chart and line chart you can use refernce line
in the presention tab of the chart properties
in the bottom right corner you can add refernce lines
attach is an example
as for pie chart what do you mean as refernce line
