Bookmark not working for only 1 user

Hello,

Qlikview Bookmarks are not working, but only for 1 user.  The user can view and create Bookmarks, but when she selects them from the dropdown, nothing happens.  No other users are having that problem with that Application, or any of our QV apps.  Is there an Internet Explorer setting or something that might be breaking the Bookmarks for her?

Hi,

Does you have done  any Upgrade recently ?

Clear .Shared File  for that particular QVW and check.
