1) QV designer: develops front end charts / expressions / visualization
2) QV developer: backend scripting
3) QV server administrator: administration fo QV services, integration into IT infrastructure etc.
I think Qlikview Admin would probably belong to 3) in this context.
1 person can play more than one role, so your job may involve a mixture of all these activities.
