change owner on shared file

Hello

Could you confirn that in QV12.4 that the method below  to change objects owner in the qvw application is correct 

QVS.exe -x "C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents\TESTFILE.QVW.Shared" -p -ro UserX UserY

to check this result you copy file qvw ,meta,.shared on test accesspoint  ?
