QlikView Migration - an inherited problem

Hi there,

I recently acquired the administration tasks for a QlikView server that has not seen any TLC in 7+ years and am trying to understand my options for migration, maintenance, and alike.

The system is QlikView 11.20.12354.0 with little set up documentation running on a version of Windows that is no longer in support.  QlikView apparently does not have a maintenance/support contract anymore either.

Any help or people one can point me too would be appreciated.

Hi @MVanOpens,

You'll need to reach out to your company's Qlik account manager as they are the person who can assist you with licensing. If you are unsure who that is, contact Qlik Customer Support and use the chat option to ask.

Yes, Qlik Sense Cloud is available.

Thank you Maria.

Who can I talk to about getting valid support contract?  Also is it possible to go to a Qlik cloud product, if I don't need a server that would make me happy.

Have a good day.
