INternet Explorer Blank Page

All - Some users receive a blank page upon clicking a server doc thru access point.....

Removed , reinstalled, everything

Any ideas? they are accessing this with the QlikView plug-in

To be honest I think the help desk finally made the users downlaod the latest IE and it worked

But its been so long i didnt remeber

We have the same problem, sometimes its works fine and some time you get a blank window.

To help understand this problem, can you provide step-by-step screenshots? Also, I just want to make sure you're aware that QV9 requires IE7+, and unexpected results like blank pages an frequently occur for users with IE6...
