Yes, NPrinting is only available in onpremise.
NPrinting is not compatible with Qlik Cloud, but solutions are being deployed:

Hi @herard_bertrand 

as mentioned by @Pierrick we are expanding reporting functionalities in Qlik Cloud.

As I wrote in the support case you opened with us, Nprinting is not, and will not be, compatible with our SaaS offering.
