How the load order functionality possible in straight or pivot table ?.

I want to user Load order functionality In Pivot or straight table  something like load order functionality available in Table box  .

On the Sort tab you can specify the order in which fields should be sorted and how each field should be sorted. Sorting by Load Order is one of the options.

That is not possible. The field selection list will always show the fields in alphabetical order. There is an option to limit the fields to those of one table that you can choose from the dropdown list under Show Fields from Table.
