Month number from year and week number

Is there any way to calculate the month number from year and week number? I have a serial number containing these data but need to get the month to create a date field.

Hello,

If I understand correctly, you can use Num(Month(MakeWeekDate(YYYY, WW))) function to get the month number.

Can u send a sample of serial Number Format so that it will be possible to say whether we can extract month number,Week nUMBER FROM THAT OR NOT...

Hi,

In QlikView there is a function available to create a data i.e Makedate(Year,Month,Day) from which u can create a date....

if u r able to ectract year,month,day from ur day Serial Number then u can create date using above function..
