Qlikview Thumbnail in Access point not showing in proper way

Hi Guys,

I have 2 qvw file in Acess point .Both of these thumbnail is showing in access pouit but 1st thumbnail show  picture of report but 2nd thumnail image showing "No Preview" available???What is wrong with that??

I got this.

Go to setting tab>click on opening>bydefault it shows "opening sheet button" checked >mark it unchecked and checked "no images button">then reload>again checked  "the opening sheet button" and unchecked "No image button">reload the qvw.>you got the image.

I tried this but it did not work for me. Still showing "no preview available".

I went back to the QVW, switched off webview and saved before reloading the document in the Management Console.

I now have a thumbnail.

As i have told in my previous reply it worked for me.

You have to try it again with different selection then change into the same selection as i have done in my end of previous reply.

Hi,

Yes, I followed your instructions but it did not resolve the issue for me.

I have just retested a couple of times and the problem for me is definitely to do with WebView. If I save the QVW in WebView and reload the thumbnail disappears. If I save in normal view and reload it reappears.

I guess there may be more than one answer!

I am having same problem. When the qvw file is reloaded with qv.exe /r option then the thumnail is disappearing.

Can somebody provide the solution to this issue asap.
