This issue is caused when you create more than one account with the same email address. The community looks for your email address, and if the username does not match the original one you registered, it does not allow you to sign in. If you would like to access the community with your orignal username, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address you used to register the account, and we can fix this issue for you.
i have a login which has correctly access to the qlikview site with downloads and everything but when i want to go to Community, it asks me for a login.
I'm giving login and password, it's ok but it links me to the Community page as a guest.
And if i want to login, i'm sent to the same login page.
If i go back to qlikview page, i'm well logged..
Can someone tell me what is happening ? i'm using another logon right now to post on community and it works great with this one.
Which support email should i contact ?
