Distribution task fails intermittently in Q12.20

Hi All,

I am facing intermittent distribution failure in Q12.20 .Task logs shows below error.

On the next run after failure ,it may succeed or failed. Please help to find out the cause and solution. 

(9/28/2018 8:19:13 AM) Error: Failed to connect to QlikView Server. This error is most likely because the server is not contactable or that the account the QlikView Distribution Service is running as is lacking permissions. The error in the task log shows that the failure is due to the QDS not being able to communicate with the QVS. Is the issue intermittent or persistent? What type of environment is this - single server or QV services distributed across multiple Windows Servers?

If this is intermittent, it's possible that your QlikView server is under stress.  Use the governance dashboard or look at the QVS logs -- performance* and Event* to see if you are perhaps running low on RAM.
