QMC processing please wait

Good day

Please can someone help me.

I am trying to assign additional CAL's to a document but when I click on the particular document all I get is Processing please wait.

I can assign and manage CALs on all the other documents just not this one. What would cause this?

Please I have been battling for 4 days now and being new to Qlikview battling to find an answer anywhere.

Thank you

hello,

I had the same problem with one application. it came from the shared file.

if you can temporarily remove it and retry to see what happens

It looks like you may have solved your issue, but I had the exact same thing happen to me as well.

For my team, it was because we had switched domains.  I had to remove the users with old domain names and remove the Active Directory LDAPs with the incorrect locations.  No issues after that.

Good luck to everyone!

Hello,

we too faced the same issue.

This was resolved by restarting Qlikview Distribution services.

Hello

Remove what? The actual document? Must it be moved to a new folder or deleted?

remove the .shared file (copy it elsewhere)

Excellent!! Thank you. I really thought it was something much more serious to sort this out.

but be careful :

users will loose their bookmarks and shared objects until you copy it back

and in this case, you will get the problem next time you want to add/remove cals
