How to put in text of sending email date (date of yesterday)?

In the body email message you can insert a html report or qlik entity. So, an alternative would be create a html report with all the data (graphics, tables, and a simple text with the date formula) you can insert this in the body email message.

*Html report must belong to the same app of your distribution task.

Yes that will work. Or, you could create a tiny html report with only that line (including the formula) and embed it right at the start of the message body. You can add other stuff before or after that embedded report as well.
