I am trying to create a visualization (chart) with a locked y-axis that is not impacted by selections, and a dynamic x-axis that is filtered based on selections. Any help would be appreciated.
Typical me: I had switched the X and Y axis within the Presentation menu but wasn't thinking about that switch when replying to your inquiry. To solve for a locking a dimensional Y axis, I ended up defining a separate alternate state within my expression using set analysis. This thread led me to this solution.
