which file on server contain information related to customize the access point, here we are looking for customizing the error messages when server is down.

Not all system messages from the QVS and/or AjaxClient can be modified. Server Messages are hard-coded (I guess "No Server" is one of them) and only some of the AjaxClient messages can be translated or modified.

There is a special JavaScript translations file available to modify the latter.

See C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewAjax\htc\customFiles.

There is an example .js file present that explains how to proceed and which messages are available for customising.

But I don't think you can change the "No Server" message through a simple configuration...

You may be lucky after all. I found an interesting translations file that may come to the resuce. The English part is active, the Swedish part is disabled. Should be self-explaining, but may require some experimentation (and probably a couple of service resets).

Check C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\Web Server Settings\text.xml
