Scenario question

Hi all,

Today I got very weird question in interview... Sorry for any typo

Question was like that if same  person has done transaction in Jan and Feb. Then it will reflect 1

And also if different persons had done transaction then also 1.

May be I have forgot the question but scenario was based on duplicate values

Not clear, Can you repeat what you understand with some input (Data)
