iPad "An error occured" on opening app

I am trying to use Qlik Sense on my iPad. Note that everything works well when accessing from PC.

I AM able to access the qmc through the iPad.

When I try to open dev hub, it takes forever, showing the bubbles loading graphic.

I am able to open the (non-dev) hub, but upon selecting an app I get the following:

An error occurred: Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working.

I've been around and checked some similar posts. I enabled HTTP on the proxy qmc settings, although I've done nothing about ports and such. Please guide me, I'd rather not change server settings if it is not absolutely needed.

I'm currently using iOS 9.3.5

Hi

Please add Sever name and IP into Virtual Proxy "White list"

Did it. Same problem.

Additional notes: I am accessing the server internally (the ip is 10.0.0.xxx). Also, I am using https://10.0.0.xxx to access the hub. http without s doesnt work, it brings some kind of empty screen, for wither qmc/hub/dev-hub
