Bookmark icon disappeared in toolbar

Hi,

Hi, yesterday, the Bookmarks icon had disappeared from the toolbar on all the documents.
We run ajax and qlikview version 11.20.

Does anyone have a clue what to do?

I would try at first with a restart of the qlikview-services and maybe the machine, too. If this doesn't help anything might have changed within your environment - if it happens just by one or a few applications a look on the shared-files might be an option, too - maybe something like that using server-objects are disabled within the qmc.

Thank you for answer.

I have restart Qlikview-servicen twice and no changes. I think we will restart the machine now and hopa for luck.
